Low-Carb, Keto Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Ingredients
Ice cream:

cream cheese
softened

allulose sweetener

tsp
pure vanilla extract

heavy cream
1/2
cup
whole milk

Cookie dough:
1
stick unsalted butter
softened
1/3
cup
sugar-free sweetener of choice
1
cup
blanched almond flour
3
tbsp
coconut flour
1/4
tsp
salt
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/3
cup
sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine softened cream cheese and allulose until sweetener has fully dissolved. Whisk in remaining ice cream ingredients.
Process the mixture in your ice cream maker of choice according to the machine's instructions (I used my Ninja creami).
Combine all cookie dough ingredients until dough forms. Form into little balls.
Once ice cream is ready, stir in the cookie dough and top with extra cookie dough if desired. Enjoy!

This cookie dough recipe makes a big batch, enough for more than one batch of ice cream so you’ll have extra to enjoy
