Low-Carb, Keto Red Velvet White Chocolate Brownies

coconut flour

tapioca starch

cup
granulated sugar-free sweetener

cocoa powder

baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
cup
greek yogurt or sour cream
3
tbsp
butter
melted
1
large egg
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
Red food coloring
1/2
cup
sugar-free white chocolate chips + more for topping
if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add yogurt, melted butter, egg and vanilla and stir until combined.
Add drops of red food coloring until desired color is reached.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Spread into pan and top with extra white chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
