Ingredients

Cupcakes:
¾
cup
blanched almond flour
⅓
cup
sugar-free sweetener

tsp
baking powder
¼
tsp
salt
1
egg + 1 egg white
¼
cup
plain greek yogurt
½
tsp
vanilla

tsp
sprinkles
optional
Frosting:
½
cup
cream cheese
softened (I used reduced fat)

tbsp
butter
softened
½
cup
powdered sugar-free sweetener
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in sprinkles.
Line a 6 cup muffin tin with paper liners, and divide batter evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.
In a separate bowl, combine frosting ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pipe or spread onto cooled cupcakes. Enjoy!
