tapioca starch

granulated sugar-free sweetener

cocoa powder

baking soda

salt

cup
greek yogurt or sour cream

tbsp
butter
melted

large egg
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Red food coloring
½
cup
sugar-free white chocolate chips
milk or dark chocolate also work!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add yogurt, melted butter, egg and vanilla and stir until combined.
Add drops of red food coloring until desired color is reached.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread into pan and top with extra chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
