I have both the cake and cookie cookbook and they are both amazing ❤️ Even with a dairy intolerance, there are easy substitutions and a full guide describing how to use them. I use vegan protein powder and it works very well. I have a lot of favourite recipes that I use weekly, I love cookies and love making a healthier batch for me to enjoy whenever I want and feel good about it! I love that they’re all high in protein, with small measurements so you can make one batch of cookies and eat it all or a little pan of a cake recipe and have for the next few days ( they don’t last long 😋) Every recipe is easily adjustable to your taste, there’s also nutrition and calorie information for each one.
