    I have both the cake and cookie cookbook and they are both amazing ❤️ Even with a dairy intolerance, there are easy substitutions and a full guide describing how to use them. I use vegan protein powder and it works very well. I have a lot of favourite recipes that I use weekly, I love cookies and love making a healthier batch for me to enjoy whenever I want and feel good about it! I love that they’re all high in protein, with small measurements so you can make one batch of cookies and eat it all or a little pan of a cake recipe and have for the next few days ( they don’t last long 😋) Every recipe is easily adjustable to your taste, there’s also nutrition and calorie information for each one. Thank you Sarah for creating amazing, healthy, high protein recipes for us who believe in eating dessert everyday! ❤️

All of the ingredients are fairly common, readily available, and can be found in most grocery stores. There are some ingredients I choose to purchase online in bulk just because it’s easier or less expensive for that particular ingredient. I’ve included information about this in the ingredients section of the eBooks.

Only natural, unrefined sweeteners are used in the recipes. And yes, all of the recipes are gluten free!

I am located in the US, but from my experience so far, I know that people have purchased from many different countries and have not had trouble making the recipes. I made an effort to use widely available ingredients and there is also a substitution section included at the beginning of all the eBooks with options for substituting the ingredients just in case there is something you do not have.
